This Privacy Policy describes how Unicorn Ventures LLC (“Unicorn Ventures LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Miami Property Signals website at miamipropertysignals.com and the reports and services made available through it (collectively, the “Service”). Information you provide. When you create an account, purchase a report, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), billing address, phone number where provided, the property addresses you search, and any communications you send us.

Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain a limited record of each transaction (last four digits, card brand, authorization result, amount, date) for receipts, fraud prevention, and accounting.

Automatically collected information. When you use the Service we automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type and version, device and OS, referring/exit pages, timestamps, requests made), cookies and similar technologies, and analytics data.

Public-records and third-party data. To produce reports, the Service queries governmental and licensed third-party data sources for information about the property you request. That data may include information about third parties (such as current and prior property owners) that is already public record. We do not create that data; we retrieve and format it.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and generate the reports you request;
• Authenticate you, maintain your session, and service your account;
• Process payments and send receipts;
• Send transactional emails (report-ready notifications, password resets, account activity);

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, persistent cookies to remember preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may break features like sign-in.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow you to reactivate and to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations. Transaction records are retained as required by tax and financial-records laws. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information (see Section 8).

No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will not occur. If you are an individual whose information appears in a report and you have a concern, please contact us; however, please note that we do not control the underlying public records and generally cannot remove accurate information that has been lawfully published by a government agency. For records disputes, please contact the agency of record directly.

10. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Unicorn Ventures LLC is not a “consumer reporting agency” as defined by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), and reports are not “consumer reports.” Reports may not be used to determine an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose enumerated in the FCRA.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States and information you provide will be processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
